基本功 Barre and Techniques
基本功包括软度、控制、肌肉能力、平衡等基本身体素质的训练。任何舞种的学习都和基本功的练习分不开。学校建议每位舞者在学习不同舞种的同时,也保持舞蹈基本功的训练。
Barre and Technique classes focus on the basic training in flexibility, control, muscle conditioning, balance, etc. It is the building block of any genre of dance. We highly recommend all our dancers to maintain their training in barre and techniques, regardless of their level of experience.

软开度训练 Flexibility Training
软开度是身体的柔韧性训练, 包括热身、静态拉伸、动态拉伸和控制训练。柔韧性是舞蹈训练中必不可少的一部分。良好的柔韧性可以提高舞者的表现力,预防受伤,延长舞蹈寿命。
Flexibility training is an essential aspect of dance training. It includes a proper warm-up, static and dynamic stretching, as well as practice in control. Good flexibility allows a dancer to improve their performance, reduce their risk of injury, and lengthen their dance longevity.
